Hosted by BGIO founder Lauren Ash at The Wing SoHo in NYC (52 Mercer St 5th Floor, New York, NY 10013), BGIO brings its signature BGIO Self-Care Sunday experience to life. Featuring meditation followed by a live conversation, Lauren Ash and special guest Rachel Elizabeth Cargle will guide you in expanding your potential, setting clear intentions, and (re)claiming space. Please note that our Self-Care Sunday experience is intended for self-identified women of color.

Lauren Ash invites you to venture deeper into your wellness journey as she holds space for you to explore how you can open yourself up to expand and elevate. Through meditation, connection, and reflection, you will receive insight, inspiration, and direction around how to practice taking up more space and (re)claiming your power, with love. BGIO Self-Care Sunday affirms and is intended for self-identified women of color. Thank you for honoring our intention.

Please bring a journal and something to write with. All experience levels are welcome.

Join BGIO Founder Lauren Ash and our special guest public academic, lecturer and author Rachel Elizabeth Cargle for a conversation on how to create space in your life to expand spiritually, in your career, and in your relationships.

This experience affirms you in whatever part of your journey you find yourself in right now and invites you to reimagine what your life would look like as your most expansive self. Receive guidance around your own journeys by engaging in this empowering conversation through a Q&A and gain direct support in the intentions you set from this inspiring dialogue. About our special guest

Rachel Elizabeth Cargle is a public academic, lecturer and author. Her work centers at the intersection of race and womanhood where she is building an intellectual legacy through teaching, storytelling, and critical discourse. Whether in her essays for Harpers Bazaar, the Tedx stage or her large social media platform of nearly 300k followers, Rachel's work is pushing boundaries and fighting for change.
