The breath is the human body's first gateway into the conversations our physical body is trying to have. And once the language to this conversation is understood and practiced, we can begin to control when and where we experience this state of ease in our physical bodies.
I just turned 29 (#SagSeason). I'm already really, really into this year and what it already symbolizes for me. Rather than terror at the thought of nearly stepping into my thirties, I'm excited. I'm an advocate of taking intentional time to reflect on our life journeys and our self-care journeys, more specifically.
